We want you to love your ride. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bike within 15 days of delivery in new, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack the Item

  Securely pack the bike in its original packaging, including all tools, chargers, and manuals.

• 3.
  Shipping

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received and inspected for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
